Shipping Policy

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Handling Time

All orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before being handed to the carrier.

Tax Policy

We do not charge sales tax. You pay 0% sales tax ($0.00) on every order, regardless of shipping destination.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your email and order code.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard carriers. Delivery to these states may take 7–14 business days, and the free shipping threshold does not apply — a flat rate of $12.99 applies to all AK/HI orders regardless of order size.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Soma is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at help@somapperal.us — we can update the address only before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, contact us at help@somapperal.us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
